Location
this photo was taken from a little hill near the exit to Marin Headlands vista pointTime
This photo was taking around 7 pm on Oct 26th just a little bit pass twilight timeLighting
it was all natural light(30 sec exposure) + the light trails from the carsEquipment
Camera Canon T6i, Canon EFS 18-55 f/3.5-5.6 lens @ 24mm with my SLIK Pro 500HD tripod and INDURO AKB2/BH2 ball headInspiration
I saw an image that someone took from there at sunrise like 2 years ago and I decide to try and see how it would work at night time with the light trail from the cars, im really happy with the results I gotEditing
I used photoshop for some sharpening and to add a little bit more saturationIn my camera bag
my Cameras Canon T6i; Canon Lenses EFS 10-18 f/4.5-5.6, EFS 18-55 f/3.5-5.6, EF 50mm f/1.8 STM prime lens & Tamron 28-300 f/3.5-6.3; 2 flash lights, extra batteries, bottle of water and paper spray(just in case)Feedback
Don't be afraid to try what other photographers have done before just add your style to the photo and always try different times of the day if possible but most importantly have fun taking photos, always take more photos then you think you need is better to delete them later if you don't want them then to be sorry you missed the right shoot
