This was taken on a walk through Whitby where part of my work as the local Methodist Minister would take me. Through Baxtergate, part of the main shopping area where I passed Smugglers Passage, it always intrigued me and left me wondering about the old North Yorkshire smugglers who might have used the route of oldTime
