Location
While going for a walk with my dog we came across this field we passed so many times before. This time however something felt different. The light and the wind cast an eerie atmosphere before the rain set in.Time
The afternoon between lunch and the waning day often provides the most interesting lighting scenarios. This was no different.Lighting
All natural. It was close to a rainfall so there’s a lot of energy upstairs.Equipment
My trusty Fujifilm x100s with a circular polariser and a light ND grad. Just enough to retain the sky. Handheld, no supports.Inspiration
It was there.Editing
Not much post work here. A bit of contrast correction and that’s basically it.In my camera bag
My photo bag is a small leather Kalahari. It fits my Fuji x100s with the filter rig mounted on, a cleaning cloth and a few extra grad filters.Feedback
