Atlantic Ocean Waves Pounding the Felgueiras Lighthouse Breakwater. The onlooker seen with the dog by the leash got completely drenched and so did the dog which after looked like a wet mop walking back and mumbling something in dog language that I will not translate for the obvious reasons ...
The same happened to the tourist standing right at the front and seen in the photograph with his camera ... he walked back half drenched from head to foot and like that was able to protect his camera ...
