Behind The Lens

Location

I had gone to visit a friend at her farm in Woolwich, Maine. I was busy taking pictures of all the sheep and lambs. This lovely lady stood out to me. I was lucky to get the perfect focus on her eyeball.

Time

Whenever we would go to the farm, it was always a great treat to see all the sheep. I seem to remember that this photo was taken in the afternoon I have a somewhat chilly spring day whenever we would go to the farm, it was always a great treat to see all the sheep. Lighting

The lighting in the barn was terrible. Any good lighting came from behind me. I wanted to create a feeling of mystery about the sheep. Canon t5i with a 24-105 lens. No flash. Hand held.

The most post processing I did on this photo was in the iPhoto app.

Feedback

Go out take pictures of animals, look at them from different points of view, take a lot of pictures, they aren’t all going to be good. This was the only when I liked out of all the photos I took that day. Keep shooting, photos.
