Photo was taken around noon, when the sun was directly above
Lighting
This was taken when the Sun was directly above and streaks of light passed through the gaps of the woods of the pier.
Equipment
iPhone 6S
Inspiration
This was taken when the Sun was directly above when I looked up. We were at the Beach and I wanted to sit under some shade as it was getting very hot and so, thought of sitting for time under the pier where there was shade. And that's when I saw this interesting pattern created by sun light and shadows under the pier. So, quickly grabbed clicked this with my wife's iPhone.
Editing
Converted the picture to black & white using Adobe Lightroom and did some contrast adjustments
In my camera bag
Nikon D3200 or Nikon Z50 and Samsung Note 8. But this was taken with my wife's iPhone.
Feedback
I was not expecting to see this interesting pattern to appear under the pier. But I just noticed this beauty that I think others in the beach probably missed. So, keep observing things and what is happening around you. If you are observant you will find interesting subjects to capture.
