It was taken almost night time as the Tourist are almost thinning as everybody is already going home.Lighting
I did not use any flash nor additional light, ambient light was utilized during the snapping this image, as the Grand Mosque itself has many great lights during night time as there are still a lot of Tourist flocking this great mosque.Equipment
I used my Nikon D7100, with Nikon 18-105 handheld.Inspiration
I saw this young lady taking selfie in the hall of Grand Mosque, and I was intrigue how she held her mobile phones, so I quickly took also her photo as she stride along the hallways. Good thing that there'snot much tourist during that moment, so the image was so great that, she was taken at the right moment that the lady is also taking a selfie.Editing
Only a colour enhancement was done, everything was perfect when I snapped this image.In my camera bag
Usually I have in my bag my Nikon D7100 and a two sets of lens, my Tamroon 70-200 and Nikon 18-105, but on different occasions I also brig along my Nikon 35mm, a flash and my tripod.Feedback
When Capturing candid moment specially when doing street photography or investigative/creative photography, be vigilant and observant enough to the surroundings as moments may pass quickly and you have to be ready every time to snap. And as far as gear, one has to be also have the right gear so that it can be as quick as blink of an eye. Creativity is also a key to taking image as this.
