Sections of Hong Kong have wonderful flavor which are dripping with life of a bygone era. This street is coming to life in early morning before parked

Death Valley has an incredible array of colors and vantages. Zabriskie Point is a painted still life of liquid movement.

Mixed with luxury yachts there are vestiges of a simpler way of life in Hong Kong.

Nature and man-made structures collide at the right moment.

These dunes are in a very remote section of Death Valley. 700-800 feet high. Strenuous to climb...but well worth the effort.

Plying the coastal waters of California I have discovered nature depicts unusual "moments" in time.

There are sections of Hong Kong which still have vibrant entrepreneurs engaged in earning a living. This is a small shop in the Mongkok district.

Trona Pinnacles are magical tufa spires rising out of the desert floor near Ridgecrest, California. Unusual and desolate they make for a space oddity

I came upon this rock along a lake shoreline and it called out to me, "You need my photo". I obliged.

Flowers are in the realm of natural beauty, and succulents are voluptuous variants of this scented world.
