My friends had found this little inlet at Lake Tahoe with a number of cairns places on various rocks, and they decided to add their own piece to it through a sort of symbolic gate. They insisted I come take pictures of the spot. Their cairn gate can be seen near the middle of the photo towards the entrance to the inlet.
