Having been away from my camera for too long, I jumped at the challenge of capturing a ladybug creatively. I followed this little bug for over half an hour before finally getting a shot that I was pleased with.
I enjoy the fact that she is slightly hidden by the pace of her departure, and the reflection of the massive tree on her wing cases creates a delightful paradox of the macro world.
I shot with a tripod and a 50mm macro lens.
