India is developed in all aspects except poverty this issue makes our country still into a developing country although there are many schemes implemented by our government but none consider to be recognized well this pics shows the innocence of the little kid melts our heart. Showing mercy towards him doesn't impact much on him. Government should provide them a good shelter education and proper concern should be taken.. All looks beautiful from outside but when you look in,you will knw the real meaning of that. In the same way india seems to be a very popular country in the world but deep inside its still in a starvation stage.
