Early morning this lion wakes from his nice rest on the bank by water to follow a lioness that is part of his group who is now chasing a leopard up a tree. The two males and 3 female moved beneath the tree the leopard escaped to and slept for a couple of hours. They were finally chased away by a heard of buffalo on the way to water. That allowed the leopard to escape down the tree to freedom! This is why you wake up early when you are on safari!
