On a recent visit to Haceta Head Lighthouse on the Oregon Coast, I hiked up a small cliff behind the tower to set up for this shot ahead of the thick fog bank that was rolling in. Timing my exposure just right to get the beam projecting out to sea while using my headlamp to light paint the tower proved challenging, but in the end I got my shot!
