Why I prefer this one over the prior one. For the simple reason that the model is looking toward the camera. Why ? This is only based on the model. Each model is different. But in this case there is an air that she experienced a lot in her life. So at the present she has confidence and an air of peace. In the B&W she has an air of timidity and I am sorry too much passed for her to still be timid. In other words; your pictures are great (beautifully done, thought out and executed) this is simply a matter of the model's 'limitations'. This picture could probably be better in B&W, but I am more interested in the difference between facial expressions of the model.
