Behind The Lens

Location

A beautiful outdoor wedding as the sun was setting on a special day. The balloons and lights were draped around the horses corral.

Time

Lighting

It was getting dark, but opened enough to see the balloons and capture the sun setting. Manual settings. I can't remember the settings, but could look it up in raw file storage. You might be able to right click and see it.

Equipment

Nikon D810, Tamaron 24-70.

Inspiration

Caught my eye as I was walking about looking for things to photograph.

Editing

Yes, boost and oil painterly texture.

In my camera bag

Nikon D810, Nikon D610, Nikkor 85 1.4, Tamaron 24-70, Nikkor 50 m 1.8, loop for viewing digital screen for sharpness, Flash attachment (hardly use unless bright sun behind subjects, Nikkor 35 m. Sometimes I take my Nikkor 29-300 (it's a little soft, so don't use it generally and light is 3.5)

Feedback

Always keep your eyes open and try these shots with different settings and always Raw setting. Bring it to another level with texture overlays.
