Behind The Lens

Location

I went on a rafting trip for a week on the Colorado River down through the Grand Canyon.

Time

It was the middle of the day, but we had thunderstorms, so the clouds were very dramatic.

Lighting

Nothing special about lighting.

Equipment

I used a Nikon D5100 with a Nikor 18-55 lens. It was hand held HDR.

Inspiration

The spot shows the Grans Canyon perfectly, and the clouds were spectacular.

Editing

No

In my camera bag

Just this camera and also a telephoto lens.

Feedback

Go around the first week of August when there are thunderstorms, so you get great clouds.
