Behind The Lens

Location

This image was taken in Cantabria (Spain) specifically in the creek coast in the town of liencres where any lover of landscape photography should visit.

Time

It was taken in the last hours of the day where the light always gives you good times

Lighting

the truth is that I had much luck with the light, threatening a severe storm that combined with the evening light I gift an incredible sky where I had to hurry and place your computer quickly.

Equipment

The equipment used was a Nikon D800E body, nikon 14-24 lens and a pair of neutral density filters to enhance a bit the sky always using a tripod carbon.

Inspiration

The rocks speak for themselves in combination with the spectacular sky give any photographer to inspire the rest is just a matter of practice.

Editing

processing has been pretty basic as the original file was already quite espectacular.Utilice lightroom to adjust the black and white and try to enhance the tones also with lightroom, photoshop then edit with masks areas luminance lifting the shadows a bit and promoting more heaven.

In my camera bag

in the backpack I carry a Nikon D800E, lenses, nikon 14-24 art sigma 35mm 1.4 Neutral Density Filters, Gitzo tripod carbon and two triggers for long exposure controls.

Feedback

My advice is to get photos so inspired with photos of other photographers of landscapes, the team is important but much more important the imagination, when you take this picture I was very lucky that the storm and technical atardecer.La lights were mixed in the processing is also important because it can destroy a shot like this easily the most difficult in my landscape photography is to innovate and look for different framings that's my challenge.
