The trail is actually considered a loop. But this is where the trail leaves the road and has some requirements to proceed. I was out looking for a unique image with the Milky Way as the sky was clear and no moon. Aurora activity was going very well and I feel it added to the scene and image. This image is a focus stacked panoramic, I hope you enjoy.
