Was doing some New York City Skyline Shots from the Jersey side when this very nice commercial sailboat came into frame. I waited, and waited, until the boat turned and gave me a slight side profile but remained on course to give the impression they were, indeed, heading toward the city. In reality, they were headed there, but through the image I needed to convey that and wait for their turn. 99% of photography outside of a studio environment is timing, I believe, the rest is knowing your camera. Enjoy!
