Wonderful gallery and a warm welcome to VB.
I've always been envious of portrait shooters as it is quite a skill and one that I am unfamiliar with. Lighting and composition you have par excellence, however for me as a viewer I find the most important aspect is communication of the model with the viewer through the lens and you seem to have this in spades.
