Our pets teach us all there is to know about 'unconditional love' - and often we do not do that favour justice. I hope this is how you will remember Taffy - with this lovely smile on her face - she will always be within your heart, in that place where she will be safe forever. Just imagine your lives had she not be in it - impossible isn't it. We are loaned these creatures for a time and they teach us to be better people. Enrich our lives and laugh with us. They are our true companions for always. I used to live across the road from a woman that had one of these dogs when we lived a mobile home court in Bandon, Oregon. It died in a fire that swept through her mobile home when she wasn't there.
