Although this butterfly resembles a monarch, it is actually a viceroy.

Yes, I found out that it isn't a monarch. The information that I found called it a soldier butterfly. Is a soldier butterfly and viceroy butterfly the same species? I know many creatures have local names that are geographically influenced.
