We were in a boat on the Chobe River and there was a small group of 4 or 5 elephants standing with their front legs in the river and back legs on land browsing and drinking the water. As we approached some of them backed way up into the grass but this one just moved back a bit and stopped, while pulling the trunk in but leaving the points of the tusks sticking out. Almost like it was trying to hide from us, but it is a bit hard to hide and elephant ; D
