At about 12 midnight.. This is after they have closed the place for business.Lighting
I didnt use any flash. Just natural light only as the tower has this kind of lighting.Equipment
I just wondered about the quality of the photo as I took this with my kit lens 18-55. My camera is just an amature Nikon D5200.Inspiration
I have to sleep on the floor between two towers to take this as those towers are so much tall. I just wanted to take a pic without vibrating my hands.Editing

Actually this under low light but a glittering building, you just need to adjust the settings accordingly and take the photo without any vibration.
