This is a picture taken recently from my trip to Sedona Arizona.
I was hiking along the Broken Arrow Trail as a storm was approaching from the North.
On one hand I was sad because I knew that clouds could ruin the evening sunset. But on the other hand, as the storm moved closer the cloud formations that followed were amazing! At that moment I decided that I would convert this image into Black and White.
Along with the greater detail in the sky, converting also brings attention to the many textures that exist in this area.
