Enjoying the serenity of the hide in the Mkuzi Reserve a pair of Woolly-Necked Storks reside at the Kumasinga watering hole. I was privileged to have this one eventually walk into the water to look for grubs. Using it's wings for balance the bird maneuvered it's way through the slush for at least 30 minutes, stopping like a statue when it saw movement in the water. The Woolly-Neck dipped it's beak in many times to reveal nothing from the efforts gone in till eventually, grabbed it's prize.
