This image was taken at NCAR in Boulder Colorado. What made me interested in the site was the juxtaposition of the building infrastructure and the natural sweeping hills surrounding it. The winding road leading up to the building caught my eye and became what I wanted to focus on. The actual building itself on the site is so iconic that I wanted to omit it from this project to avoid capturing just another "Postcard Shot" while also giving the viewer a new perspective of the location.
