I just watched a David Attenborough TV show on Zebras.(Wildlife Curiosities) - talking about reasons for the stripes on Zebras. It was fascinating. What a beautiful pair this Mom and baby are - well captured!

I know this may seem a strange observation, given the subject matter, but this photo works incredibly well in B&W. Also, your post vignetting really pushed the white stripes forward (not much good if you're a zebra trying not to be seen by the lions - but incredibly photogenic). This is a brilliant portrait of two magnificent creatures, Anne, and I love it!
