The Trani Cathedral actually is 3 churches in one, with the newer cathedral being built on top of the old church Santa Maria della Scala. That church is decorated with art from the 14th century.

These frescos, some partially restore, are in various states and are somewhat faded or parts of the frescos are chipped away. It is very dark here and no flash was allowed to protect the art, so I sued my lens wide open with high ISO to capture this image.

D810 with 24-120 f-4G ED VR at 52mm, f-5.6, 1-50, Auto ISO 6400, Manual Mode, hand held. Processed in Capture NX-D, PSCS6 Extended and On1.
