Once someone's home but now just an empty and dilapidated shell.
An old farmhouse across the road from me. The barn that accompanied the farmhouse has since been torn down and scrapped. Some of the old beams from the barn are in use in my home as a mantle above the wood stove and as bare ceiling beams in my kitchen.
There are several items lying around this old homestead I would like to recycle and put to new use. What is forgotten is not always forever lost.
