Location
Every year Wellsville, NY has a lovely balloon rally. It is held at the local "Island Park" and some of the balloonist find it a challenge to touch down and take off again. Most years none of them manage it as the wind has to be just right and there is a narrow window of opportunity...Time
Normally the balloons take off early in the morning but this year the wind was marginal so they delayed till almost noon.Lighting

Just be ready. At these events so much is going on it can be a challenge to be in the right place at the right time. But technically it was pretty simple.
