My friend Sarah and I backpacked into Bilk Basin near Telluride and set-up camp in the dark. Our goal was to climb Gladstone Peak, Wilson Peak, and Mount Wilson from this basin - no small task! We woke up at 4 AM and climbed up to the top of the basin to find a majestic lake at 12,000 ft. with the early morning light hitting the top of Wilson Peak. One of the most amazing mornings in memory!
