Location
After a life time in film based photography. In late Sept.2005 I decided to take my first step in digital photography. this is one of hundreds of digital images from that time. This image is one of a series taken in Sept.2005 (In Sunrise,Florida) either before or after the first serious hurricane of that tumultuous hurricane season. other photographs feature trees that were not left standing the next day...Time
This was captured during the so called golden hour, the hour preceding sunset...Lighting
Using bracketing I re-shot several of the exposures varying the all the settings I could think of to obtain the best exposure for each view...Equipment
The first digital camera I bought was a Canon sure shot 2sInspiration
The scene was inspiration enough to want to preserve the image of it for prosperity...Editing
This capture is unedited...In my camera bag
Nowadays I have a Nikon D7100, with a 50mm lens and a 80-175mm lens, a pistol grip, and a few filters...Feedback
