On a trip to Reykjavik, Iceland, me and my partner were taking a walk around the streets, getting to know the place. Down a side road we walked past this strange sight, a pair of shoes hanging on a fence. It made us laugh as it looked like someone had attempted to climb the fence, fell backwards and ended up hanging backwards on the other side by their feet. I left the shoes as they were and lined up this angle to give the full effect, keeping the first shoe in full focus while the background is blurred. The replicates the first reaction we had when we saw this failed escape attempt.
