Behind The Lens

Location
This image was taken on Doha, Qatar
Time
Usually I shoot early morning or late afternoon, this one was taken arous sunset.
Lighting
I was looking for very soft light since i wanted to give smoothness to this image. Thats why i worked at sunset and also from an angle that didnt allow for direct light on this building
Equipment
sone a6000, 10-18 sone Zeiss lens
Inspiration
I am a lot into architecure and the Tornado Tower is one of the landmarks in Doha.
Editing
I follow a specific post processing workflow to produce B&W art images.
In my camera bag
Now i use Sony a7Rii, Zeiss batis 25mm, Sony 24-70, Sony 55mm and Sony 70-300 lenses. Always i carry my ND filters for long exposures, an intervalometer and plenty of battieries. And a tripod, of course
Feedback
Think about the light and especially the direct light on your subject. Walk around for a while to discover different angles. Do not be afraid of post processing if you are interested to produse an art image.
