This,I think,was one of my best shots.Had watched the bud the previous day from dawn to dusk from different angles.Since I wanted a hide n seek effect of Light n shadow, I preferred the timing at around 6 in the morningLighting
Since I marked the soft light coming from the left highlighting the about-to-open petals,I preferred that angle.Equipment

Have patience. Visit the subject at different times of the day from different angles, take some test snaps with different Speed / Aperature settings, review the shots n finally take the ultimate shot.
