About 7 years ago we lived close to Lake Ontario, East of Toronto. Just North of the town of Newcastle I discovered this fascinating place. I was just out for a drive and nearly got whiplash when I saw the place for the first time. I drove into the Property and started to take images. Not long after a scruffy gentleman came out of the Hotel and started to talk to me. His name was Steve 'Doc Holliday'. Well I could have stayed for hours listening to him. He found this old house that was built in 1848, and with his Love of the old West, build a 'town' dedicated to that era. Little did he know that a few years later while researching his Family History - he actually is a relative of Doc Holliday. Today, among the other buildings is a Museum and a Quilt Shop. It is regularly used for Weddings and Movie Sets. One day I really hope to get back.
