This is not a great photo technically or visually. This is the boat that a couple of hundred chinese from China floated on to get to Victoria, BC Canada in 2002. Most were sent back and the boat was towed out to sea and sunk. A few lost their lives getting here.. and the boat was in such bad shape with rust.. it was not salvageable.
