Location
This was taken at my new favourite beach, Kynance Cove in Cornwall, whilst on holiday with my family. I loved the gorgeous blues of the water, which looked tropical as opposed to the usual murky waters of the gloomy UK! I'm a self taught amateur with limited experience who likes to take shots of anything I find interesting, particularly colourful landscapes.Time
This was taken mid afternoon on a calm, hot, sunny bank holiday, so the area was busy with holiday makers, but not too busy to detract from a wonderful day.Lighting
The bright sun, being high in the sky, provided the perfect light to capture the gorgeous shades of blue.Equipment

I was drawn by the colour of the water alongside the interesting shapes and darker contrast of the rocks.Editing

Just my SX510 HS. So far this has served my needs up to now, and although not a fancy piece of equipment it does take a good photo.Feedback
I was lucky enough to visit when the conditions were perfect. There are many beaches in Cornwall that, on a sunny day, offer an amazing rocky landscape with sandy beaches and tropical looking blue waters.
