This photo was taken at a local air show a few years ago. it is of the Breitling wing walking team.Time
This was taken at a local Air show around about midday on a hot very sunny day. This meant the harshness of the light made it a little tricky to capture this shot. But with aa little exposure compensation was able to achieve this imageLighting

The shot was taken hand held with a cannon 7DMkii with a Sigma 18-250 lens fitted .Which was just enough reach for the distance they were flying from the crowd lineInspiration
As mentioned it was taken at an Air show. The bravery of the wing walks ,and the colours against a very blue sky. Made it to good an opportunity to miss.Editing
The easy answer is I try not to. May be a little cropping as in this image. Otherwise no(not good at it)In my camera bag
The staple bits in my bag are. My cannon 7DMkii with my trusty Sigma 18-250 which I find a good walk around lens. Also a spare lens depending on what i am going to shoot. Spare batteries (cannot have enough) pencil and notebook, cleaning cloths and a good cleaning fluid. I also use a wrist tether cannot be doing with neck straps.Feedback
As this was taken at a fast paced air show the best advice I could give is to use your white balance correctly keep to a low ISO, whilst still maintaining a fast shutter speed.
