Behind The Lens

Location

This photo was taken in my yard. I love watching the bees flying from flower to flower. I took photography classes in high school. Since then, It is a very passionate hobby.

Time

This was hand held auto focus, chasing the bee from flower to flower collecting pollen.

Lighting

I love the way the legs looked like landing gear, which, I guess, they are.

Equipment

taken with Canon Rebel t6i, with f/3 ISO1000 shutter 1/1600 focal length 138/1

Inspiration

I was out taking photos of flowers and caught this bee floating around.

Editing

Very little post processing involved here.

In my camera bag

I now have a Canon70D, monopod, tripod, depending on what I am shooting. 70-300 EF 1:4-5.6 , a 18-55 EF-S 1:3.5-5.6. I recently added a Big lens 150-600 that i am learning to use.

Feedback

Continuous shutter helps in chasing bees.
