A new library under construction at night in Ghent (B). I bumped into this scene by accident a few days before and was struck by the effect of the strong lights on the construction site. So, I came back a few days later to take this shot. A manouevering concrete dump truck lighted the scene in the front, helping me out with solving that problem.
