This photo was taken near Atlanta, Michigan. I had already passed this scene once while on vacation and knew if I didn't stop now, I would probably not get the chance again.
I envisioned the barn against a dark blue sky the first time I passed. By the time I got there the clouds were rolling in.
With its collapsed roof, this barn showed how it had seen more than its fair share of foul weather. The darkening sky looming over this aged structure determined that the final product would be in B&W.
