I was working with a textile designer who had been involved in a project known as "Rural Murals", where she had teamed up with another artist to paint the side of a building int he countryside. We wanted to do a shoot with a model wearing a skirt with her designs, set against the backdrop of the mural she had helped to create. I decided to do a night time shoot so I could control the lighting, and give the whole thing an edgier feel.
