This is absolutely lovely. It makes me wish I was there to watch the process. My favourite one in the challenge so far.

Location
This candid photo was taken in our living room.Time
It was taken after dinner, early evening.Lighting
The only lights were the ones that my husband was using.Equipment
Canon Power Shot SX200 ISInspiration
My husband is a retired dentist who was given a present by the dentist who took over his practice when he retired. The model came in a flat box, filled with sheets of wood stamped with hundreds and hundreds of tiny parts that had to be taken apart and glued together, all the lines for the rigging, cannons, cloth for sails that had to be cut out and hand-sewed. etc. It took total concentration and steady hands. Once in a while I would sneak in to take a photo recording the progress he was making without him knowing, so no flash. I'm glad that I took photos. (The worst part was not being able to use my tripod.)Editing
It may have been cropped a bit, using my iMac 27's photo processing software that came with the computer. I don't have anything else, like Lightroom. In my camera bag
I now have a Canon Power Shot SX700 HS and an EOS Rebel SL1 with two lenses. A tripod.Feedback
Keeping a photographic record of the events in your life will reward you richly as you get older. The years fly by! My Canon Power Shot cameras fit in my pockets or pocketbook, and I don't leave home without one (since I don't own a cell phone).
