Behind The Lens

Location

In the Drakensberg at Falcon Ridge Rehab centre for Birds.

Time

At 16.00 plus minus

Lighting

The sun was almost gone. And there was a bit of fire smoke in the sky from doing fire breaks.

Equipment

Canon 550D. 55-250mm kit lens.

Inspiration

Well Alison from Falcon Ridge said she was traning the bird for National Geographic shoot. She invited me to come shoot. What an experience.

Editing

Just light and Shaddow.

In my camera bag

I have a cheap kit Canon 550D with a 50mm f1.8 lens and a 18 to 55 mm kit lens and a 55 to 250mm kit lens and a Flash ex270 speed light

Feedback

Practice makes perfect. Timing is everyth8ng and learn to read the birds.
