Behind The Lens
Location
It was taken in the model's home.Time
It was mid-afternoon. The sun was setting across her bedroom window and left a nice workable light to play with.Lighting
The sun is generally all one needs to create work that's honest.Equipment
I hadn't picked up my new 6D at the time. So instead of using my old Rebel xTi, she said I should test out her roommate's T3i. It was pretty nice, a little bit better resolution. No flash, no tripod, and a 50mm 1.8.Inspiration
This was set in January/February. The weather is cold and indoors are cozy. The vibe behind this set was soft fuzzy blankets and bare skin.Editing
Of course. My trade secret editing. ;)In my camera bag
Not much besides spare batteries and memory cards. My Tamron is now my only lens since getting rid of my 50mm 1.8. That's about it!Feedback
Be honest. I will never not suggest that. Don't force your work.
