Location
I was doing laundry and took my IPhone 6 with me to put on the charger in my bedroom. Chloe was just staring into space so I dropped to the floor and snapped this quickly before she became scared and ran. She hates when I point a camera at her so this is a lucky shot!Time
It was close to mid-afternoon on a hot, clear, sunny day.Lighting
The only lighting I had was the sunlight streaming through the double pane windows in the front of my house.Equipment
This was shot with my standard IPhone 6 camera. I literally did a point and click as my subject is skittish and crazy.Inspiration
When I walked into my front room, I saw Chloe was staring into space. The way the light shone on her fur pattern and turned her eyes into green pools was mesmerizing.Editing

I am still in the self-teaching phase of how to use my Canon EOS Rebel T5 and the standard 18-55mm Lens & 75-300mm Lens. I recently purchased a macro tube to play with also. The must haves aside from those? Just a spare battery so I don't miss an opportunity while out and about!Feedback
Be ready. Always. I am always looking at the world around me as a potential picture. If something catches your fancy, whip out that camera or even your phone. You never know when that impromptu shot will be THE picture. Take risks and try various subjects to find your niche.
