This picture was taken in Kimberley South Africa at my flat.

Time

I took this shot mid afternoon while sitting outside having a cup of coffee while giving my animals some attention.

Lighting

It was a beautiful day so all natural light.

Equipment

This photo was actually taken with my phone.

Inspiration

This was my kitten Rogue. While having my coffee and sitting outise on a chair she came up next to me and started playing by the pavement wall close to me feet. She kept looking up at me playfully and I wanted to save a picture of this beautiful moment and memory so I took my phone out and waited for her to look up at me. That is when I took this picture.

Editing

Yes, I did. I edited the picture with one of the apps on my phone to try and make it look a little better and I think it turned out great. Her color with her eyes just popped. This is one of my favourite picture of Rogue and one of my fondest memories.

In my camera bag

I usually have a Cannon 1000D SDLR camera in my bag.

Feedback

I like to take in the moment pictures as for me that is the truest form of a moment. Whether you have a camera by your side or just a phone with a camera, if there is a moment you want to capture, take the shot. That way weather people like it or not it will always be significant to you. Keep taking pictures and trying different angles. Practice makes perfect.
