Location
I took this photo at a cafe in Gippsland Victoria where we were having Mother's Day lunch.Time
I took the photo just after we finished our meals.Lighting
It was a really cold day, it was so cold that even at midday the ground still had frost on it. There wasn't much light, but enough to complement the colour of the flowers, when I took the photo I used the flash to add more light the the lower flowersEquipment
The only equipment I used was my nikon coolpix L820 and the flash in order to get a clearer and brighter photo.Inspiration
I was having a really great day and so were the people around me, and when I saw the flowers I simply thought that would make a great photo.Editing
No, I'm not really that good at it and don't have all the software needed so I very rarely do anything to my photos, my camera has a lot of settings and filters, (I didn't use any for this shot) but I'm not sure if that counts, If I'm not happy with a photo I tend to try and crop it, (I didn't do that for this photo) this photo is exactly the same as when it came out of the camera. In my camera bag
I am unable to change the lens on my camera, so I normally just have my camera and microfibre cloth to keep it clean. On some occasions I have my tripod.Feedback
If you see something that you like, go take a picture of it, for flowers, play around with angles and colour settings on your camera, make sure you use your macro setting and experiment with light, take some with the flash, some without, some inside some outside.
